Return Time: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. If it is more than 30 days, you will not be able to get a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:
The product must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging. Return requests will not be accepted if the product is damaged, worn, or obviously used in any way.
Return Process:
Please first contact customer service by email (support@sonictradeventuresllc.com) to inform us of your return request. We will provide a return authorization and instruct you how to ship the product back. Please make sure to use a trackable mailing method when sending the product back so that we can confirm that we have received the return.
Refund:
Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed based on the original payment method. Generally, the refund will be available within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and indicate the item and size you wish to exchange in your request.
